Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We're completely confident X-O will end your odor problem. But if you're not happy, we'll gladly refund your money. We offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee for 60 days after purchase. Just return the unused portion and we will issue you a check for your order including original shipping costs. Please contact us by email for a return authorization number to include with your return before shipping. We cannot accept returns without this number.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately (the same business day). Because our orders ship so quickly, it may not be possible to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return policy in this case.

XOspray.com reserves the right to cancel orders. In such a case you will be notified via email or telephone.

Shipping Information:
Because we know odor problems can't wait, we're pleased to offer Same Day Shipping Service (Monday - Friday). All orders received by 3:30 CST will ship the same day. Buy $100 or more of X-O products and receive free shipping (offer applies only to contiguous United States). If we do not have your item in stock, we will notify you by email and your order will ship the next morning when we receive inventory. We offer standard UPS Ground shipping, UPS Overnight and UPS 3-Day Select which guarantees delivery by the end of the third business day after shipping. All shipments are packed with starch chips, a biodegradable alternative to styrofoam peanuts.

Checking Order Status:
You will receive an email from us confirming your purchase at the email address you provided within a few moments after your order. If you do not receive this email, check your junk mail folder because it was most likely filtered by your email provider. Please keep this email as it provides a record of your order. As soon as your package ships, you'll be sent another email with your UPS tracking information.
